Grace Kelly

Born in Philadelphia US Grace (Patricia) Kelly, later married and become Princess Grace of Monaco. She studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Art, acted in TV and on Broadway and made her film debut in 1951. High Noon (1952), Rear Window (1954), The Country Girl (1954), To Catch a Thief (1955), and High Society (1956) were highlights of her career. In 1956 when she married Prince Rainer 111 of Monaco she retired from the screen.
